Also, I too agree with some of the comments as to low percentage on bonus spins and the like. I would like to be placed back on the mailing list. Can you please see what is going on as to why I was slighted this month from 'free play', gift give away etc. It seems like someone made an error in omitting my information or entered my card wrong for me to not have received ANYTHING from MGM. I went from $65, $35 to nothing in August. up until this month when I did not receive my brochure nor was given free play. I have been rewarded with special invites, prizes, etc. I have ALWAYS received notification in the mail like clock work since MGM taking over.
I have been a faithful patron and enjoy visiting the casino at times 3-5 days a week since May.
